Indiana Fever Sports Performance Center

HEAPY is providing comprehensive commissioning services for the Indiana Fever Sports Performance Center, a world-class training facility in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Scheduled to open before the 2027 WNBA season, the three-story center will serve as the exclusive training home for the Indiana Fever and will be connected to Gainbridge Fieldhouse via skybridge as part of the Pacers Sports & Entertainment campus.

Purpose-built to meet the unique needs of elite female athletes, the facility will feature regulation-sized courts with natural light, advanced strength and conditioning spaces, recovery and rehabilitation amenities, wellness and mental performance areas, and lifestyle-focused spaces including a salon, childcare, and content production studio.

HEAPY’s commissioning scope includes pre-construction services (user requirements review, design review, and commissioning plan development), construction quality assurance (inspections, issue tracking, and as-built verification), and functional testing and reporting for HVAC/mechanical, plumbing, and automation/BMS systems. This ensures the building systems operate efficiently, meet design intent, and deliver optimal performance for athletes and staff.
