As the first building in Bedrock’s transformative Riverfront Cleveland development, the Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center is a mixed-use facility. This milestone project includes a total of 210,000 square feet, supporting both elite athletic performance and advanced healthcare. It consists of one 4-story training facility connected to one 4-story medical office building. Building access will be provided through street-level lobbies.
The facility features two primary tenant spaces: a 170,000 square-foot training facility for the Cleveland Cavaliers, including basketball courts, administrative offices, and hospitality areas; and a 40,000 square-foot Cleveland Clinic space designed to house diagnostic imaging services.
Bedrock is delivering core and shell construction for the Cleveland Clinic portion. Systems to be commissioned include HVAC and associated controls, lighting and lighting controls, domestic hot/cold water, normal and emergency power, integrated building controls, and fire protection/life safety systems.
