HEAPY has hired two new local colleagues to spearhead the growth of the Tampa office: Project Manager John Callaghan.

John Callaghan will serve clients from the Tampa location as our newest Project Manager where he will blend his comprehensive experience in low-voltage technology installations with his passion for ensuring that owners’ needs are handled with the utmost precision and care.
Having successfully completed more than 70 projects in the State of Florida with local clients such as Cleveland Clinic, Speedway, Fifth Third Bank, and Life Care Centers of America, our new Tampa office represents a significant milestone in HEAPY’s growth. The new space will elevate our regional reach and provide a focused, dedicated space to serve our existing local partners, and create exciting opportunities to serve new organizations.
In addition to our office expansion, HEAPY is committed to driving innovation and sustainability across each of the markets we serve. The Tampa office will offer our clients engineering design, commissioning, energy management, decarbonization, and sustainability planning services to clients and partners in Florida and beyond.
