The project consists of a new academic facility on the Ball State University campus and will house the newly formed College of Health. The building will be located on the south side of Riverside Avenue just east of Martin Street and will incorporate two main architectural forms: A 4-story mass and a 5-story mass, both connected by a main central core. In addition, the building will also incorporate a partial basement and penthouse.
The building will encompass about 165,000 SF of space and have classrooms, laboratories, offices, a resource hub, simulation labs/suites and clinical spaces.
