HEAPY recently hired John Krutko to serve as Corporate Practice Director for the firm’s growing commercial and government markets.

Krutko has more than 24 years of experience in mechanical design, multi-discipline project management, and construction administration. As the Corporate Practice Director, he will focus on several key markets that include cultural/arts, government, commercial, industrial, and manufacturing.
John is a member of ASHRAE, Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), and the Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC). He is also a LEED Certified Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction.
