John Krutko, LEED AP BD+C

John Krutko serves as our Corporate Practice Director, serving several key markets that include cultural/arts, government, commercial, industrial and manufacturing. With more than 24 years of experience in mechanical design, multi-discipline project management, and construction administration, John prioritizes collaboration, efficiency, and client experience in all of his endeavors.

John is a member of ASHRAE, Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), and the Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC). He is also a LEED Certified Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction. John is married with four children, and he enjoys golf and being active in his free time.
