HEAPY is expanding its geographic footprint through a corporate partnership with the 1819 Innovation Hub in Cincinnati, Ohio, opening the firm’s sixth regional office. This collaboration marks a commitment to fostering regional partnerships and will allow our team to provide innovative, high-performance engineering design solutions to existing and future clients in the local Cincinnati community.

Matt Downing has been appointed as HEAPY’s Cincinnati Office Leader, where he will focus on engaging with the city’s thriving business ecosystem and serving as the chief point-person for local clients and partners.

Located in the heart of Cincinnati’s Innovation District, the new office will provide increased opportunities for in-person collaboration between our trusted clients and talented engineers, elevating project alignment and adding agility and speed to project execution. The Cincinnati location will continue to offer our comprehensive engineering design, building optimization, and construction management solutions across healthcare, science and technology, education, corporate, government, cultural and arts, and mission-critical markets.

In addition to enhancing client support and deepening regional relationships, the 1819 Innovation Hub’s unique relationship with the University of Cincinnati will also provide direct access to university talent and local resources. This new location will serve as a vehicle to accelerate our commitment to hiring cooperative education students and connect young professionals with opportunities to transform the built environment.
