What is your WHY when it comes to working in HR?
“Every day is different, full of challenges that I can help solve. As a child, my top career interests were being a teacher, psychologist, or anything involving numbers because I loved math. HR combines all these aspects and allows me to focus on a company’s most vital asset – its people. From hiring and onboarding to training and development, influencing company policies or managing benefits offerings, all of these items directly impact our colleague happiness and quality of life, which makes me feel fulfilled.”
What inspires you the most about working at HEAPY?
“Our colleagues inspire me the most. They are truly amazing and passionate about their work and eager to learn and grow. They inspire me to do the same.”
