His journey began at age 16 on HEAPY’s maintenance team, where his eagerness to learn and commitment to company values quickly stood out. This dedication led to a full-time position, and Rob has since excelled as a Senior Optimization Administrator. Over the years, Rob has contributed to countless projects across healthcare, education, commercial, and government markets, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues.
Reflecting on his career, Rob shared some of the achievements that have defined his journey. Among his many projects, the 10-story patient tower at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital stands out as a favorite. “It was rewarding because of the scale and complexity, but also because I knew it would directly impact the lives of so many families,” Rob explained. His role on the project showcased his ability to bring together diverse teams, ensuring every complex detail met the hospital’s mission to provide exceptional care.
Rob’s success isn’t just rooted in his technical expertise, but also in his collaborative spirit. He emphasizes the importance of communication tools like Microsoft Teams and CX Alloy to streamline processes and foster teamwork. “Clear communication makes everything more manageable, especially when we’re balancing internal and external demands,” he shared.

I want them to be confident and capable so they can support me on a project or assist others.” His mentorship style combines patience and encouragement, ensuring his colleagues are well-prepared to tackle challenges while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
