Announcing New Principals & Associate Principals

HEAPY is announcing ten colleagues who have joined the firm’s new Associate Principal ownership ranks and two Associate Principals who have advanced to Principal: Project Manager Connor Donovan, EMP, and Senior Electrical Engineer Keith Uhlenhake, PE. Connor is a Project Manager in HEAPY’s Building Optimization Practice with a specialized expertise in using building data to support optimal decision making that improves facility and campus operations. Connor provides leadership to HEAPY’s Intelligent Building Management service, which leverages building analytics to proactively identify operational risks and opportunities for energy savings.

Connor is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology where he received his Bachelor of Science in Nuclear and Radiological Engineering and a minor in Engineering & Business. He is also an Energy Management Professional.

“As an electrical engineer, I’m passionate about creating more sustainable and resilient facilities, which has become increasingly important as hospitals cope with our aging electric infrastructure and increased risk from more extreme weather events. I am grateful to join the firm as an owner, so I can continue to mentor and support my colleagues. Together, we can continue delivering exceptional solutions for our clients and make a difference in the community.”

Keith is a Group Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer in HEAPY’s dedicated healthcare practice. He joined the firm in 2011, and has provided exceptional design services for hospitals, ambulatory care facilities, cancers centers, medical office buildings, emergency departments, labs, medical education, and senior living facilities. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wright State University, and he is a licensed Professional Engineer.




In addition, ten colleagues have been elevated to Associate Principal, selected due to their commitment to the firm’s core values, exceptional performance, and positive impact on colleagues and clients alike.
