Project Overview

Heapy is currently providing a Level II Energy Audit for Evansville Armory. The project includes the entirety of Armory, storage building and FMS.

The primary work product associated with this effort will include a detailed report outlining historical energy consumption trends, benchmarking, opportunities for optimization of existing systems relative to energy efficiency, and opportunities to save natural gas, electricity, and water. The project scope will include the following:

Utility Analysis & Benchmarking
Walk-through and Data Collection
Investigate Primary Building Systems
Operational improvements to the Hot Water, Chilled Water, and Condenser Water Plants and related pumping systems.
Operational improvements to Air Handling and Exhaust Systems.
Energy Conservation Measures and Formal Report
