CareSource Office Building

To ensure that the new building systems operate and meet their high-performance goals, HEAPY commissioned the HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems and lighting control systems. The project is anticipated to be approximately 200,000 SF spread across six stories. Situated on one half city block in downtown Dayton, OH, this new high-rise will support workspace for approximately 800 employees including general office support space.

Amenities in the building will include a training room, full-service food service and dining, a large meeting room, a fitness center, and an entry lobby. The footprint of the building is anticipated to cover a majority of the site and the balance of the site area will include an outdoor entry plaza, dining, truck dock, and limited site parking. The overall design aesthetic and level of quality will be similar to the existing Headquarters building.
