ANDURIL Arsenal-1 Hangar

Arsenal-1 will be the first manufacturing facility of its kind, designed to standardize production across all autonomous vehicle platforms. The facility will leverage a unified set of commercial manufacturing tools, equipment, and processes to support scalable output.

Strategically located adjacent to Rickenbacker Airport, the site offers direct access to two 12,000-foot runways and a 75-acre private apron, accommodating military-grade aircraft and enabling rapid distribution of systems and components to customers. Once fully operational, the facility is expected to span 5 million square feet and produce tens of thousands of military systems each year.

The Airside Development Phase 1 project scope includes:

• A 45,000 SF main building featuring:
  • A large primary hangar
  • Office space with kitchen, tool crib, workshop, restrooms, and support areas
• A 10,000 SF secondary secure hangar
• A ground control station (GCS)
• Covered exterior areas for fuel storage, washdown, and other support functions
• Onsite parking and clam shell shelters adjacent to the runway
