HEAPY has hired two new local colleagues to spearhead the growth of the Tampa office: Project Manager John Callaghan, and Senior Business Development Representative Cyndee A. Dornblaser.

John Callaghan will serve clients from the Tampa location as our newest Project Manager where he will blend his comprehensive experience in low-voltage technology installations with his passion for ensuring that owners’ needs are handled with the utmost precision and care.
Cyndee A. Dornblaser brings 25 years of A|E|C industry business development experience in the healthcare, education, corporate, commercial, and industrial markets. With a BA in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Florida and a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Tampa, she brings a wealth of industry-specific knowledge and expertise that will be instrumental in forging new local partnerships and strengthening existing ones.
Having successfully completed more than 70 projects in the State of Florida with local clients such as Cleveland Clinic, Speedway, Fifth Third Bank, and Life Care Centers of America, our new Tampa office represents a significant milestone in HEAPY’s growth. The new space will elevate our regional reach and provide a focused, dedicated space to serve our existing local partners, and create exciting opportunities to serve new organizations.
