About Amanda Alvarado, CEM

Amanda is a part of HEAPY’s Building Optimization Practice. She obtained her Masters of Science in Renewable and Clean Energy. She specializes in heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems; green buildings, lighting, air quality, and energy procurement.

Amanda works with our Central Ohio clients to design, develop, and evaluate energy-related projects and programs to reduce energy costs and improve energy efficiency during the designing, building, and remodeling stages of construction. She identifies energy savings opportunities and makes recommendations to achieve a more energy efficient operation for each owner.

About Erin Kelly, CEM, CMVP, Ecodistricts AP

Erin is a part of HEAPY’s Building Optimization Practice. She designs, develops, and evaluates energy-related projects and programs to reduce energy costs and improve energy efficiency during the design, build, and remodel stages of construction.

Erin is also responsible for managing and performing HVAC system performance evaluations on new and existing construction projects. She is an integral part of the Building Optimization team and participates in point-to-point system checkout, as well as functional system testing activities and the resolution of all operational deficiencies identified in the commissioning process.
