Kurt Darding, PE has been named HEAPY’s new Client Strategies Leader for the Federal market. He brings decades of experience supporting government and Department of Defense clients. As a Professional Engineer and Wright State University graduate, Kurt has built a strong career delivering mechanical engineering expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems. This includes schematic design through complete construction documentation, load calculations, cost estimating, and construction administration.
Throughout his tenure at HEAPY, Kurt has guided complex Federal and mission-critical programs. He has strengthened long-standing agency partnerships and collaborated closely with owners.
Kurt is able to define project scope, schedules, and delivery strategies. Known for his strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and deep understanding of Federal‑sector priorities, Kurt consistently helps clients achieve their missions with clarity and precision.
In this role, Kurt will lead HEAPY’s Federal client engagement strategy. He will expand our national presence and help shape resilient, high-performance solutions that advance our clients’ missions nationwide.
