Clare brings over 18 years of experience as an electrician and electrical contractor to her role. Her extensive background includes serving on the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union 82 Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee. For 12 years, she owned and operated her own electrical contracting company, where she served as field superintendent for numerous projects.
As an Associate Principal of the firm, Ryan serves as a Construction Project Manager in our Indianapolis office, prioritizing communication and collaboration to ensure that each project runs smoothly. His efforts with HEAPY Solutions aim to challenge the traditional construction process for difficult MEP infrastructure projects by integrating the design and construction partners to drive more collaboration and high-performance results for our clients.
