Ryan O'Connell, PE

Ryan serves as a Project Manager for both HEAPY Solutions and HEAPY’s Healthcare Practice in our Indiana office. He brings his experience designing complex infrastructure projects, as well as challenging inpatient healthcare projects to deliver engineer-led turnkey project solutions spanning from project planning and concepting, through design and construction.

His efforts with HEAPY Solutions aim to challenge the traditional construction process for difficult MEP infrastructure projects by integrating the design and construction partners to drive more collaboration and high-performance results for our clients.  He is a Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Mechanical Engineering.

In his time, Ryan likes to support the ACE Mentor Program, which provides mentorship and STEM education opportunities to high school students, as well as the LEAN Construction Institute, which works to drive positive change in the construction industry.
