Kettering Health Network’s Soin Medical Center is expanding with a new five-story, $70 million tower. HEAPY is providing the MEP Design services. This 170,000 square-foot tower will house more surgical services, cardiac services, private inpatient rooms and unused space to allow for further expansion.
