STEPHANIE DRENTEN FERRO was recognized as a 20 to Watch: Women in HVAC by Engineered Systems magazine, showcasing her passion to create sustainable built environments and her dedicated excellence to our clients in the Cleveland region.

Stephanie is a Project Manager in our Building Optimization Practice. She plays an integral role in developing relationships and forming strategic partnership. She uses her knowledge to better serve our clients and improve the resilience of their building portfolio. She has a knack for translating “engineering speak” into attainable business language and her skills include sustainable planning, renewable energy, mechanical engineering, project management and business development.

Academically, Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. She went on to earn her Master of Philosophy in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.

She is an Engineering in Training (EIT), a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Certified Commissioning Technician (CxT).
