Our leadership team engages in training and development to enhance communication skills, build better teams, and improve emotional intelligence to serve our colleagues and clients more effectively. HEAPY also offers a mentorship program that pairs less experienced colleagues with veteran engineers, commissioning agents, and construction administration professionals. This system ensures our junior colleagues are given the support and guidance they need to succeed.
