On June 23, we recognized International Women in Engineering Day, focusing on the talented and inspiring women at HEAPY who empower the next generation to pursue careers in engineering.

At HEAPY, our colleagues have organized a Women in Engineering (WiE) group – by women, for everyone – to shape a diverse and inclusive workplace and community. WiE members coordinate community volunteer outings, host monthly professional development meetings and lunches, and attend education events and career fairs to inspire the next generation of engineers.

We’re excited for what the future holds at HEAPY, working with our clients and community to support and mentor the next generation of women engineers!
