This journey begins with a comprehensive onboarding experience, which is designed to equip you with the perspective necessary to thrive in your position and the organization as a whole. After onboarding, you have access to development opportunities in Conscious Leadership, CliftonStrengths, leadership, technical growth, and more. Along the way, colleagues leverage HEAPY’s OKRI (objectives, key results, and initiatives) process and tools, which is a proven way our colleagues set professional and personal goals, track progress, and adapt as goals change over time.

Our Co-op Program Helps Students Find Their Fit and Make a Difference
