UC HEALTH EMBARKS ON $221 MILLION CAMPUS REVITALIZATION PROJECT

HEAPY is thrilled to partner with UC Health on their $221 million Clifton Campus Revitalization project, the largest construction project ever undertaken by the healthcare system across a 14-acre campus.

“We are excited to provide creative engineering solutions and build an innovative system to deliver best-in-class healthcare in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region,” said CEO Mark Brumfield.

Demolition is now underway to make room for the expansion and renovation of the 30-year-old Emergency Department at UC Medical Center. The project also includes a new four-story building to add operating room capacity. Two new parking structures will be built to add 1,300 parking spaces, improving accessibility for employees, patients, and visitors.

This expansive project will be phased over the course of the next five years, allowing UC Health to provide services and maintain operations on campus the entire time.

We look forward to working with our partners on this transformative project: CannonDesign, Messer Construction, HPlex Solutions, THP, and The Kleingers Group.
