West Carrollton City Schools, in West Carrollton, Ohio, is advancing Phase II of its facilities improvement program with the construction of two new buildings to replace aging infrastructure and enhance the student experience.
The project includes a 97,000-square-foot elementary school for second through fourth grades, to be built next to the Early Childhood Center, and a 191,000-square-foot middle/high school serving grades seven through twelve. Both facilities will feature modern amenities, upgraded security, and energy-efficient systems, including LED lighting.
HEAPY is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology design services to support the district’s vision for safe, sustainable, and future-ready learning environments. Construction began in fall 2024, with full completion targeted for summer 2026. Once occupied, the existing middle school and most of the high school will be demolished.
These new buildings are designed to create a more unified and modernized campus that fosters collaboration, flexibility, and long-term operational efficiency—delivering a lasting impact for students, educators, and the broader community.
