Project Overview

Heapy was retained by Mount Carmel Health to assess various equipment on its four campuses, as part of its Campus Asset Management Program. These buildings include:
Mt Carmel West 1,052,808 SF
Mt Carmel East 673,158 SF
Mt Carmel St. Ann’s 498,758 SF
Mt Carmel New Albany 125,641 SF

On an on-going basis, Heapy provides estimated life of equipment based on the condition and historical data. We have also provided costs associated with developing solutions and associated costs to remedy different items.

The equipment of greatest concern to Mount Carmel Health includes: Domestic Cold Water, O2 and Medical Gas Capacities, Medical Vacuum, Medical Air, Fire Protection System, Domestic Hot Water, Plumbing Risers and Age, Storm, Plumbing Site Plan, Chilled Water System, Chillers, Cooling Tower, Pump Data, Boilers, AHU Zoning, Pneumatic Tube, Mechanical Room Details, Air System, Steam Humidifiers, Exhaust Fan Schedule, Heating Hot Water System, Temperature Controls, Campus Specific, Electrical Site Plan, Panelboard Information, Fire Alarm, Nurse Call, IR Closet Survey, Security System Plan, Electrical One-Line Diagram, Lighting Survey, Generator ATS, Transformer Information, System Narratives and Kitchen Equipment.
