Project Overview

HEAPY has worked on multiple projects for Life Care Centers of America, totaling in $101,660,000 construction cost.

In past years, HEAPY provided Mechanical-Electrical design for the 173,000 SF addition for the Collegedale Independent Living Facility located in Collegedale, Tennessee. The Collegedale project has an estimated total construction cost of $24,000,000.

Stonegate is a new CCRC project located in Colorado. The project consists of two buildings on the campus. The first facility is a 64,000 SF Skilled Nursing Facility, which has an estimated total construction cost of $10,000,000. The other building is a 258,000 SF ALF/ILF facility with an estimated construction cost of $36,000,000.

Another project is a new 90,500 SF Independent Living Facility called, Lake Pointe Center, located in North Carolina. The total estimated construction cost is $12,000,000.

HEAPY also designed the Mechanical-Electrical systems for a new 113,240 SF LCC America Conference Center and 194,000 SF parking garage. The total estimated construction cost of the project is $29,663,000.
