MULTI-CAMPUS LIGHTING UPGRADES
In 2020, we completed comprehensive lighting upgrades at 20 Life Care Center campuses in Florida, which included successful AHCA plan review, inspection, and approval.
NEW INDEPENDENT & ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES
HEAPY provided MEP and technology design for the new, free-standing, 173,000 SF Collegedale Independent Living Facility located in Collegedale, TN. The facility offers residents Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, and Continuing Care Communities. The project had an estimated total construction cost of $24,000,000. Another project was a new 90,500 SF Independent & Assisted Living Facility called Lake Pointe Center, located in Hendersonville, NC, with a total construction cost of $12,000,000.
SKILLED NURSING & INDEPENDENT/ASSISTED LIVING ADDITIONS
Life Care Center of Stonegate is a state-of-the-art facility located in Colorado, focusing on post-operative recovery and featuring a homelike environment where patients of all ages may rehabilitate after surgery, or a hospital stay while regaining strength. The project consisted of adding two new buildings on the campus – a 64,000 SF Skilled Nursing Facility with a total construction cost of $10,000,000 and a 258,000 SF Independent and Assisted Living Facility with a total construction cost of $36,000,000.
