The Indiana University Kelley School of Business was a renovation of the building on four levels, with a bridge across Fee Lane connecting the upper two levels to an existing building that will become the undergraduate business school.

The building includes lecture rooms, breakout rooms, conference rooms, an atrium, offices, a student lounge, and a locker room. The upper level also includes a Corporate Education Center. The bridge houses administrative offices, including the Business School Deans Office on the upper level.

  • Lighting Controls Systems to meet LEED Energy Credit criteria
