HEAPY provided professional engineering design services for the plumbing, fire suppression, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and electrical systems associated with the Hancock County Probate & Juvenile Court Renovation.
The design work included the following on the first floor:
- Security entrance power requirements
- HVAC in the security area
- General HVAC modifications
- Mini split HP sized and designed for intended use in remodeled courtroom area
The design work included the following on the second floor:
- Electrical design of much of the level
- HVAC layout utilizing existing duct and VAV boxes to feed the spaces
- Removal of the second-floor hot water radiant heating system
HEAPY also provided electrical design and a short circuit study for the newly remodeled second floor spaces as well as an electrical riser diagram and the required load summary to determine connected capacity in respect to demand.
