City of Vandalia Fire Station
HEAPY designed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the new 15,800 SF fire station for the City of Vandalia, Ohio.
Station Spaces
The building has four large apparatus bays, administrative offices, sleeping quarters, a radio room, a laundry facility, an interview room, dayroom and kitchen/dining space, and an unfinished basement to meet future needs.
The 5,000 SF unfinished basement is envisioned to include a large training and multi-media center, conference rooms, a small server room, toilet rooms with showers, a kitchenette, storage, and mechanical spaces.
