Normal Commissioning of new boiler plant for all buildings.

• Gallahue Hall Commissioning
Normal Commissioning of laboratory exhaust system and fume hoods and VAVs.

Health & Recreation Complex Energy Services and Commissioning
Retro-Commissioning for the entire building, including VAVs, AHUs, boilers, chilled water plant, pumps, dehumidification units, lighting and controls. Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) were identified through an Energy Audit and the Retro-Commissioning process and are estimated to reduce the total building energy consumption by 20 percent. This building is just over five years old!

• Clowes Hall HVAC
Normal commissioning of all new AHUs, VAVs, pumps, VFDs and controls.

• Schrott Center
LEED commissioning of all new AHUs, VAVs, pumps, VFDs, lighting and controls.
