AC Hotel Marriott

HEAPY designed the Mechanical-Electrical system and provided LEED Program Management for the new Marriott AC Hotel Cincinnati at the Banks. The 171-room full service hotel is in downtown Cincinnati at The Banks, adjacent to the Great American Ballpark, and Smale Park.

The hotel design features clean, simple and crisp lines, marrying sophisticated European style with a distinctly modern feel. Features include the latest technology and social spaces that blend work and play with authentic local experiences.

Included at the hotel is a 900 SF meeting space and a 3,000 SF rooftop bar that overlooks the Ohio River and Downtown Cincinnati.
