Kettering Health and HEAPY extend partnership, commitment to top-tier building performance through Intelligent Building Management
Five-year renewal agreement reinforces a decades-long partnership focused on operational excellence, energy stewardship, and resilient healthcare environments.
DAYTON– HEAPY, a nationally recognized leader in sustainable MEP engineering, commissioning, and high-performance building solutions, has renewed its Intelligent Building Management services agreement with Kettering Health. The extension, effective January 1, 2026, reinforces a long-standing partnership focused on operational excellence, energy stewardship, and the advancement of resilient healthcare environments. The renewed agreement encompasses a broad portfolio of Kettering Health hospitals and medical facilities across the region, supporting the system’s continued investment in high-performing, patient-centered infrastructure.
HEAPY and Kettering Health have collaborated for more than three decades, with HEAPY providing engineering expertise that enhances building performance, reliability, and sustainability across the health system’s campuses. Through the Intelligent Building Management program, HEAPY has delivered measurable operational and financial benefits, including $2.34 million in cumulative avoided utility expenses and $440,000 in avoided capital expenditures to date. These results reflect a shared commitment to long-term asset optimization and responsible resource management.
