It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Tom Ferdelman, HEAPY’s third President, who led the firm from 1976 to 1998 and was a guiding force in our firm’s history.
Tom’s leadership shaped the culture and values that define HEAPY today. His dedication to excellence, collaboration, and integrity left a lasting mark on every project, and his commitment and vision continue to inspire and guide colleagues today.
His legacy is also carried forward through his son, Joe Ferdelman, our Chief Strategy Officer, who continues to embody the vision, purpose, and commitment to people that Tom instilled.
While we mourn his loss, we also celebrate the profound impact he had on our firm and the HEAPY community. We extend our deepest condolences to Tom’s family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
