Ryan is a versatile and strategic engineering design professional based in our Raleigh, North Carolina office. His expertise in sustainable design benefits corporate clients and leads to reduced energy usage and more reliable operations. His responsibilities as a mechanical engineer include design, cost estimating, and coordination with team members to ensure the accuracy of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Ryan’s skills extend to computer-based modeling for energy optimization, ASHRAE level I-III energy audits, and effective conflict resolution during construction.

About Howard Brooks, III
Howard is a Plumbing Engineer based in our Columbus, Ohio office and is a key contributor to projects involving sophisticated plumbing systems. His experience encompasses a wide range of applications from standard to special, including acid waste, kitchen waste, medical gases, and fire suppression systems. Howard’s expertise extends to comprehensive facility condition assessments and capital asset management planning, where he oversees systems concept, design, cost estimating, specification writing, and construction follow-up.
