He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with Computer Applications from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and maintains professional designations including REBC, ChFC, and CLU.

The succession plan includes a structured transition through March 2027, during which Adam will work closely with Joe Ferdelman to ensure seamless continuity in strategic direction, deepen relationships with clients and partners, and fully integrate into HEAPY’s culture and operations. This approach reflects industry best practices in executive succession and reinforces our commitment to sustainable growth and leadership excellence.
