
HEAPY is thrilled to announce the promotion of Heather Richmund to Chief Growth Officer (CGO). This new executive leadership position reflects the firm’s plans for national expansion and continued market leadership.

In her new role, Heather will lead HEAPY’s business development efforts nationwide, focusing on identifying strategic growth opportunities, aligning market demand with HEAPY’s specialized services, and ensuring a consistent and exceptional client experience across the country.

Previously serving as National Director of Business Development, Heather has played a pivotal role in expanding HEAPY’s presence and forming lasting client relationships.
