The Client Experience Award features four levels of distinction for high-performing firms in professional services industries. To win the award, firms must demonstrate strengths across two general categories: client outcomes and engagement. Client outcomes include factors such as frequency of exceptional performance and consistency of results. Engagement factors include items such as response rate, feedback, follow up, and employee engagement.

Of the 26 awards presented to engineering firms this year, HEAPY distinguished itself by joining seven outstanding firms that received a rating of Gold or higher. Additionally, HEAPY was the only Ohio engineering firm to earn a Gold-level distinction. Winners were recognized on the Client Savvy’s website and featured at industry events throughout the year.
