Michael Senger, PE, LEED AP BD+C, ID+C

Michael Senger boasts more than 17 years of experience in the building design and construction industry with a focus on sustainable design. He serves as the Building Optimization Technical Leader at HEAPY. Prior to his tenure at HEAPY, he worked for GE Aviation.

As a leader, Michael is focused on enhancing teamwork, improving project delivery, and fostering authentic collaboration. His expertise includes LEED project management, energy efficiency, and building systems optimization. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and USGBC LEED Accredited Professional.

Michael is married to his wife, Sara, and they have two children, Karenna and Jameson. He loves spending time with his family exploring the outdoors, building Legos, and learning new things.
