Larry Cotterman, PE, LEED AP BD+C

Larry is a Senior Project Manager in HEAPY’s Healthcare Practice, with more than 35 years of experience in high-performance healthcare facility design, including high acuity patient care spaces such as OR suites, Cath labs, imaging suites, labs, pharmacies, NICU, labor and delivery, and oncology.

Larry collaborates closely with all stakeholders, as well as all engineering disciplines, and encourages open communication, close coordination, and accountability to provide high-quality service for our clients. He is a technical leader with significant experience in the design of power distribution systems, emergency power supply systems, lighting and controls, nurse call, fire alarm, and other low-voltage systems.

Larry graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He was elevated to a firm Principal in 2015.
