With over 30 years of leadership experience in project design and management, Joe Ferdelman serves as a Senior Principal and our Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, Joe works across the organization’s various disciplines and practice areas to ensure team collaboration and alignment so that we can achieve our purpose and help bring your vision to life. He is passionate about creating a culture of continuous growth and improvement, focused on delivering exceptional results to clients.

Joe currently serves as a member of ASHE, ASHRAE, and the COGENCE Alliance, which aims to improve the A|E|C industry through better collaboration and understanding between partners such as architects, construction managers, and engineers. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

In his free time, Joe enjoys being outdoors and staying active cycling, hiking and fishing with friends. He is married to Cindy, and they have two children – His son Ben and Ben’s wife Kaitlin both practice nursing in Cincinnati and Kayla is a recreation supervisor in Centerville, Ohio.
