Jim Slone, PE, LEED AP BD+C

Jim is a Technical Leader and Senior Electrical Engineer with HEAPY’s Healthcare practice. His passion is to help each team member work to their strengths, tackle new challenges, and grow as professionals to help best serve clients and the community. His design expertise includes primary and secondary power distribution systems, lighting and controls, voice and data cabling infrastructure, motor controls, fire alarm systems, nurse call, intercom, and paging systems.

Jim is a Professional Engineer and USGBC LEED Accredited Professional with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Outside of work, Jim studies and performs close-up magic with cards and coins (which is super fun at the holiday party). He also enjoys cooking for his family, playing funky bass, and broomball.
