Jason oversees HEAPY Solutions, an Engineer Led Design-Build Construction Services Company. He leads an expert team to develop optimized construction solutions for infrastructure projects of all sizes and complexity, managing all aspects of client projects – scheduling, sub-contractors, project concepting, estimating, invoicing, permitting, meetings, closeout documentation, and more.

Jason’s focus on exceptional client satisfaction, team communication and project thoroughness has helped HEAPY Solutions grow and serve more clients.

Jason is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 27 years of design and construction experience. His design experience includes new and retrofit HVAC systems for chiller plants, boiler plants, generators, air-handling units, DDC control systems, high heat producing telecommunications equipment, laboratories, and more.
