Brad Graupmann, PE, CxA

Brad has 40 years of experience designing healthcare facilities and managing complex, multi-phase projects, allowing for a deep understanding of client needs. He will ensure that building systems support occupant safety, while providing them with the tools they need to advance medicine, patient treatments, and discoveries that improve our everyday lives.

Brad brings experience in LEAN design to allow for cooperative teaming and collaboration throughout design and construction. His prefabrication knowledge is second to none. For example, he worked hand-in-hand with the Cleveland Clinic on adapting their engineering building standards to build their best performing and most energy efficient building to date (Avon Hospital).
