IN THE SPOTLIGHT

HEAPY is committed to building a more resilient and sustainable society.  We have provided MEP design, Commissioning Services and LEED Program Management for many sustainable and energy efficient buildings.  We are excited to announce we have achieved 200 LEED Certified projects!

The University of Dayton’s 1401 S Main Street project has achieved LEED Gold and marks our 200th LEED Certified project! Three Dayton-area organizations, The Dayton Foundation, Dayton Development Coalition and the University of Dayton’s Fitz Center for Leadership in Community occupy the new building.  The 38,000 SF two-story office and academic building boasts an expansive front porch, office space and shared meeting space, as well as environmentally friendly features.  There is a solar array on the roof which will boost the building’s energy efficiency and help power the facility. The entire building is designed to be open, light-filled, welcoming and encourage collaboration.
