Victor Barbalato joined the Cleveland Foundation in January 2024. He focuses on strategic opportunities for the Cleveland Foundation to create growth and impact through the alignment of real estate and economic development that benefits the region. This work includes fostering meaningful engagement with community members of the Hough neighborhood to further plans and development resources to build out the 20+ acres of land purchased by the Foundation in Midtown.
Victor has over a decade of experience in architecture, design, and project management. He recently worked as a Project Architect at Vocon Design, where he successfully led the design and execution of complex projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. Victor was the Project Architect for the award-winning 55,000 sq ft Cleveland Foundation HQ and the ongoing 98,000 sq ft Midtown Collaboration Center.
Victor earned a Bachelor of Architecture at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. He is a licensed Architect in Ohio and Oregon.
