Tim Weber has been the Director of Sustainability at MetroHealth for three years and began his tenure at MetroHealth as Waste Management Coordinator for the Sustainability Department. He joined MetroHealth after a multi-year stint with Cleveland-based composting startup, Rust Belt Riders. Utilizing skills practiced during extended experiences in the athletic industry and as an elementary school educator and coach, Tim is excited to help lead MetroHealth’s decarbonization journey and maximize the system’s resilience and efficiencies leading to the triple bottom line of financial, community, and environmental benefits.
