Tim has more than 15 years of experience in multi-discipline engineering, sustainable design, commissioning, and project management. He leads early planning and creative brainstorming for projects, focused on building resiliency, reliability and energy efficiency, as well as ensuring adherence to project budget and schedule. Tim drives engineering design solutions with clearly identified opportunities and return of investments, helping to inspire the project team to make the best decisions.

Tim’s commissioning process experience ranges from the development of the owner’s project requirements to the creation of the final commissioning report, including training procedures and implementation of functional testing. A few of Tim’s project management responsibilities include the development of project scope, fee and schedule, quality oversight, bidding meetings and site observation.
