Theo Sergakis is the Director of Energy & Sustainability Programs at the Ohio Hospital Association, where he leads statewide initiatives focused on energy procurement, sustainability, and operational resilience for Ohio hospitals. He works closely with healthcare leaders to navigate evolving energy markets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and strengthen facility operations while supporting high-quality patient care.

Theo holds a Master of Business Operational Excellence with a healthcare focus and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from The Ohio State University. He is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Six Sigma Black Belt. He is passionate about helping healthcare organizations improve efficiency, reduce costs, and prepare for the challenges of an increasingly complex energy landscape.
